Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By creating an account or using ClawHost, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
By accessing or using ClawHost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. ClawHost reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
ClawHost provides managed hosting for OpenClaw AI instances on dedicated cloud servers (Hetzner Cloud infrastructure). We provision, monitor, and maintain servers on your behalf. You are responsible for the content and behaviour of the AI instances you deploy, including your LLM API key usage.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One account per individual or organisation.
Access to instances requires an active paid subscription (Basic $14/month or Pro $29/month). Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use ClawHost to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (d) attempt unauthorised access to any system; (e) use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities; (f) infringe intellectual property rights of any party. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
You supply your own LLM API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). ClawHost transmits your key securely to your dedicated server's environment but does not store it in our database. You are solely responsible for the cost, usage, and security of your LLM API keys. ClawHost is not liable for any charges incurred with your LLM provider.
We target high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control, including infrastructure outages at Hetzner Cloud or upstream LLM providers.
We take reasonable steps to protect your instance data. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. ClawHost is not liable for data loss. Your conversation data remains on your dedicated server and is not accessed by ClawHost staff except for troubleshooting with your consent.
You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your server will be deprovisioned and data deleted within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawHost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
